100 Days of Safeguarding – Day 74 – Low Level Concerns

Today’s safeguarding message is aimed at organisations who employ staff/volunteers to work with children and young people. Employers will be aware of their statutory responsibilities towards managing allegations against staff, but sometimes employers may have lower level concerns which, by themself may not warrant a referral. The attached 7 minute briefing defines what low level concerns are, explains why it is important to know about and record them, and what to do if you have concerns – including consulting with the LADO 100 Days Day 74 Low-Level Concerns 7-min-briefing
