100 Days of Safeguarding – Day 58 – Bruising in Non-mobile Babies

Today’s safeguarding message is publication of the Bruising in Non-mobile Babies guidance and procedure that was updated in September 2021.  The aim of the guidance is to provide front line professionals with a knowledge base and action strategy for the assessment, management and referral of children who are not independently mobile, and who present with bruising or otherwise concerning marks.
