Emotional Health Week (24 – 28 Feb 2025)
Today is the first day of Emotional Health Week (24 – 28 Feb), and it is an ideal time for us all to think about emotional health: What it is, why it is important and how we can all take small steps to develop it, to enable not only us, but those around us, to thrive.
WSCP want to support The Centre for Emotional Health raise a collective voice in support of prioritising emotional health, so that everyone has the skills and tools to be able to tackle the challenges that life throws at them.
