Mental Health Awareness Week
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week (15-21 May). The theme for this year, as set by the Mental Health Foundation, is ‘anxiety’. Anxiety is the most common mental health condition people experience. It can be experienced as mild uneasiness, a panic attack or a range of feelings in between and it can seriously affect people’s day-to-day life.
